Whilst Hiranandani Gardens, Powai was gradually being occupied, the establishment of Powai Art Gallery two decades ago was the brainchild of founder Mr. Vinod D. Mehta, to give the neighborhood a dynamic retail experience by exhibiting new products. Offering the art gallery on daily rent allowed producers and traders to showcase their new products as well as encouraged small and medium businesses as well as Corporates to carry out trade in the well-heeled neighborhood of Powai in an affordable manner.
